Greetings Darren, 

It was so great to meet you yesterday and I am truly excited about your company, technology and opportunities. As you know with Mission...we are really a "Connection Company" first and a "Consulting Company" second. Our desire to truly serve people and companies is a benchmark of why we wake up everyday and jump into the fight. We believe that being profitable is extremely important...but never at the expense of people or relationships. Innovator Health will be a very solid addition to Mission's "Mission" (pun intended). In order for us to fully present Innovator Health to our sphere of influence, as well as represent you within our current contracts and relationships, we need to build some promotional materials to use in presentations, as well as strategically online. I do want to say that I LOVE your 4-min video and respect you more for understanding the need for that. However, 4-min is a long requirement these days for people to sit still and listen. I also think that you should have a thumbnail of that on your homepage. The actual "usage & behavioral stats" for digital media watching is a 1-2 min sweet spot for healthy engagement. We would like to film a "LIVE" Demo with an actor as the patient and truly show the ease of the process. The Facebook video link you sent me was nice, but the long-winded radio personalities and their fear of HIPPA, resulted in a great promo item, but not something that I think can be "re-edited" and used successfully going forward. My professional opinion is that you need 3 or 4 short videos that show the process in action, the ease of use, as well as the satisfaction of the patients. We would also build out custom landing pages for potential prospects we identify. This allows us to customize our messaging, as well as provides great expediency in helping others understand what Innovator Health can provide. When Boards need to weigh in and the true "decision makers" are not at the original meeting, these targeted materials become invaluable to us to follow up in a timely manner. 

Also...any materials we create will be owned by Innovator Health and for use by your internal sales team. These materials should greatly enhance their sale's efforts and success.    

lastly, for your enjoyment, please review a few of our most recent production samples we completed in the last month. I look forward to our next Zoom and discussing how we can get things moving between Mission & Innovator Health in our efforts to positively impact this very troubled industry. I sincerely believe we can make great things happen together.
